**This position is multi‑classed as either RN/M1 or RN/M2C and the appointment classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.**

**WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?**

Join our **Midwifery Base team (MBT) and Midwifery Antenatal and Postnatal (MAPCare) teams** as a Registered Nurse/Midwife and make a real difference by contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality, and woman-centred midwifery care.

**HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?**

- Deliver high-quality, person-centred midwifery care and case management, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based outcomes for patients and clients.
- Provide clinical leadership and coordination within the team/unit, overseeing care delivery, facilitating patient flow, and supporting multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Support operational and service improvement activities, including change management, problem solving, development of clinical protocols, and coordination of services across disciplines.
- Contribute to education, mentoring, and workforce development by supporting students, new staff, and less experienced clinicians through teaching, guidance, and professional development activities.
- Participate in quality improvement, clinical auditing, research, and evaluation activities to enhance patient outcomes and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
