- Monday to Friday, no weekend work O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is a proud family of quality-focused trade service professionals and is seeking a couple of enthusiastic and friendly members to join the Customer Service Team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, our representatives are trained and developed into experienced, confident customer service agents. This position will have responsibility for the following:
- Phone answering inbound calls to O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville
- Supporting customer satisfaction through enquiry first‑time resolution where possible
- Redirection of calls and messages to key staff members
- Ensuring payment and feedback on all newly completed jobs
- Greeting visitors to the office
- Providing administrative assistance to key internal staff
- General filing and admin functions, including data entry
- Stock control including ordering and receipting
- Client customer satisfaction surveys To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
