Customer Service Officer (Williamstown)

About the role As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide up-to-date information about their repairs and instil confidence that their vehicle is in very capable hands. Additionally, this role will include (but not be limited to):
- Ensure the environment is always customer friendly
- Check in all customers as they present for their assessment
- Provide professional service during all customer interactions
- Manage the customer return process once repairs are completed and address any concerns Does this sound like you?
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment
- A strong desire to deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction
- High attention to detail
- Organised with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to build rapport in person and over the phone
