In this role, you will promote and sell electrical services to residential and commercial clients, build robust relationships, and drive business growth. Key responsibilities
- Sales Services:
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored electrical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell products and services to existing customers.
