About the role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide up-to-date information about their repairs and instil confidence that their vehicle is in very capable hands. Additionally, this role will include (but not be limited to): Ensure the workplace is always customer friendly Check in all customers as they present for their assessment Provide professional service during all customer interactions Manage the customer return process once repairs are completed and address any concerns

Previous experience in a customer-facing, quick-paced environment A strong desire to deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction High attention to detail Organised with exceptional time management skills Ability to build rapport in person and over the phone A team player, committed to delivering outstanding customer service
