O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Officer to join our friendly and supportive team.
This role is suited to someone with previous customer service or administration experience, looking to take ownership of customer relations and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities Assist in bringing in more business by communicating with new and existing customers. Effective management of inbound calls and outbound customer surveys and debt collection. Be the glue between operational performance and marketing through customer service follow-up activity. Manage inbound customer enquiries and phone calls. Follow up quotes, appointments, and customer communications. Conduct customer surveys and support ongoing engagement. Assist with debt collection and account follow-ups. Contribute to efficient office operations and administration.
About You Proven experience in customer service or office administration. Solid communication and organisational skills. High computer literacy (Simpro and MS Office preferred). Skilled, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
