Office privacy booths are just the beginning of our much larger vision. Job Overview We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will serve as a trusted partner to customers by understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value. The ideal candidate is a proactive and team-oriented sales professional with strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, you will help shape customer success strategies, contribute market insights, and support the continued growth and evolution of the business. Responsibilities 1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
- Customer and Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact between the customer and Inbox.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a unified approach to creating customer value and success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding product and service improvements.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular and accurate sales reports for management.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4+ years proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
