- And so much more! About the opportunity You will be a valued member of the Arden Homes Sales team and report to the Customer Success and Display Manager. The key focus of this role is to support the Sales Consultants in achieving service goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the home‑buying journey. More specifically, you will:
- Welcome visitors to the beautifully furnished display home and ensure it’s always presented at the highest standard
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, including scheduling appointments and managing the display home experience
- Guide customers through their home‑buying journey, from developing and qualifying leads to supporting informed decisions
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing expert advice
- Work closely with the Sales Consultant to achieve outstanding customer service outcomes
- Assist with key administrative tasks to keep the sales process smooth and efficient About you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:
- Bring your vibrant personality and exceptional communication skills to create memorable customer experiences
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a commitment to excellence
- Strong experience managing high‑volume administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Solid computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous experience in customer service and sales experience in big‑box retail, any service or related industry
