Who you will be working with You’ll be joining a respected business specialising in packaging and inspection equipment, supporting customers across manufacturing and production environments. - Attend breakdowns and fault find electrical and mechanical issues on customer equipment
- Install, commission and test machinery and associated equipment
- Deliver operator training and customer support following installations
- Conduct preventative maintenance and downtime studies
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify improvement opportunities We are looking for someone with
- Current VIC Electrical Licence
- Experience working on packaging, inspection or production equipment
- Strong fault-finding ability across electrical systems
- Ability to travel across VIC and interstate when required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
