As a Store Manager you will Lead with Collaboration: Provide supportive, values‑aligned leadership to guide teams toward consistent operational excellence. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Foster warm, personalised service that strengthens customer trust and loyalty. Enable Sustainable Performance: Promote balanced decision‑making that achieves commercial outcomes while managing costs responsibly. Navigate Priorities Effectively: Manage competing demands in a quick‑paced, compliance‑focused environment with robust organisation and adaptability. Apply Your Expertise: Leverage your management experience, professional judgement, and flexibility to contribute meaningfully to store performance.
You will have the following skills and experience Experience in retail management with a supportive, people‑focused leadership style. Robust skills in coaching, team development, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture. Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards. Sound judgement with a solutions‑focused approach and confidence in using POS and operational technology. Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen, and a history of delivering exceptional customer service.
