We are currently looking for a **Retail Manager**to join our **Williamstown** National Pharmacies team.

**As a Retail Manager you will be critical to enabling us to fulfil our purpose by**:

- Providing extraordinary customer service and consulting with our customers, to ensure they get the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Overseeing the successful daily operations of the OTC area of the pharmacy
- Ensuring our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores
- Inspiring and leading the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service for every member and customer, every time

**People who excel as a Retail Manager consistently demonstrate**:
