Our client is seeking a hands‑on Foreman with proven experience managing site operations on large‑scale commercial or industrial construction projects. This role will suit someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, can drive programme outcomes, and leads from the front on site.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise daily site activities and subcontractors Drive site safety compliance and ensure OH&S; standards are maintained Monitor construction programme and assist in achieving project milestones Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, consultants and trades Ensure quality assurance standards and defect minimisation Manage site logistics, deliveries and workforce coordination Maintain accurate site records and reporting Promote strong site culture, productivity and communication
