Claims Specialist (Campbellfield) (Williamstown)

The opportunity We have an exciting prospect for an experienced Claims Specialist to join our team, supporting claims management across a large, national transport operation. This role plays a critical part in overseeing vehicle, property and third-party injury claims, while working closely with our insurer partners, including QBE. You’ll be involved in:
- Managing the end-to-end processing of all claims across Kinetic, including motor, property, and third-party injury.
- Acting as the key liaison for QBE insurance-related matters.
- Leading and guiding evidence collection and investigation processes.
- Managing purchase order and repair shop-related invoices for claims-related activity. The boxes you’ll tick:
- Experience in a similar role preferably in a customer-oriented workplace.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work within a team.
- High level computer literacy.
