Sales Representative — Wonki/Part time (3 days/week to begin) | Clifton Hill, VIC About Wonki At Wonki, we're on a mission to Do the World a Flavour. We craft low‑sugar vodka sodas made with 100% Australian surplus fruit, the misshapen, the oddly sized, the perfectly imperfect. Every can we sell is a rescued fruit and a step toward a more sustainable drinks industry. We're a fast‑moving, values‑driven brand with a growing presence across Australia, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of something that actually means something — while having a whole lot of fun doing it. The Role Wonki is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our small but mighty team based in Clifton Hill. This is a part‑time role (3 days per week), perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening new doors, and genuinely loves a product they can stand behind. You’ll play a key role in growing Wonki's presence across retail, hospitality, and trade accounts, with real ownership over your patch and the support of the broader team behind you. Some of what you'll be doing:
- Developing and managing relationships with retail and on‑premise accounts across the Greater Melbourne Metropolitan area
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow Wonki's distribution footprint
- Supporting sell‑in and sell‑through activity, including range and promotional proposals
- Conducting competitor and customer research to keep the team informed on market trends
- Representing Wonki at trade events, activations, and brand moments
- Providing regular reporting and feedback to the team on account performance and pipeline Who We're Looking For To be considered for this role, you'll bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods
- Strong communication skills, you're confident on the phone, in person, and via email
- A genuine ability to build trust with customers and stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- A self‑starter mentality, you're comfortable working independently while being a true team player
- Proficiency in Slack, CRM or equivalent tools
- A passion for sustainability and an alignment with what Wonki stands for What We Offer
