Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Trade Market Manager, the role focuses on sales and customer service in our busy Wantirna wholesale plant nursery. The position also includes general nursery duties and assists with business development activities that promote the Plantmark brand and identify pathways to expand and expertly service our growing customer community. Hours are flexible and can accommodate either full‑time or part‑time work during our operating hours. Essential Attributes
- Knowledge of botanical plant identification and experience in the horticulture and/or landscaping sector.
- Customer service and sales skills with confidence to network and build relationships with current and future customers.
- Robust written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
- Intermediate computer and general administration skills.
- Great work ethic and ability to work in a team.
