Production Worker (Williamstown)

What is the Role? We are currently recruiting for production workers for our Kinrise Baking team at Hallam. We have permanent positions available for experienced workers in the following roles:
- Mixer/Depositor – Previous experience with mixing ingredients to recipe specifications.
- Line Operator – Able to perform key tasks in operating machinery (set up, operate, fault find and shut down). Skills / Competencies
- You work well in a team, meet production targets, and support others through buddy training.
- You have strong communication, literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills, plus a continuous learning mindset.
- You are detail-oriented, effective at problem solving, and complete compliance documents accurately. Shifts and Conditions
- Positions are available across afternoon and night shift.
- Afternoon shifts: 2:00 p.m. – 10:06 p.m.
- Night shifts: 10:00 p.m. – 6:06 a.m.
- Shift loading and penalty rates apply.
- Overtime available as required or in peak demand periods.
