Diesel Technician – New Equipment (Williamstown)

Reporting & Location Reports directly to Service Supervisor at our Laverton branch. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the new machine build-up requirements for all new Cat equipment
- Assist and mentor apprentices and service technicians
- Prepare all paperwork relating to the completion of all jobs
- Ensure all machines are built and delivered as per customer specifications and expectations
- Ensure appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are applied
- Comply with all company safety, health & environment procedures
- Ensure that the surrounding work area is clean and safe. Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in servicing and/or repairing of automotive and/or earthmoving equipment
- Highly developed communication skills
- Self-motivated and team orientated
- Proven ability to work unsupervised under all conditions
- Willing to work overtime and be versatile
