Are you a hands-on warehouse skilled who enjoys being on the floor and operating a forklift most of the day?

IDT Pharmaceuticals is seeking a practical, proactive Warehouse Coordinator to take ownership of our forklift and warehouse operations while working side‑by‑side with the team to support production and logistics.

This is not a desk‑based role – the majority of your time will be spent in the warehouse and on the forklift, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials and finished product.

About the Role

You will play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse, including: Operating forklifts to receive, move, store, and dispatch materials Supporting production with timely supply and movement of materials Loading and dispatching finished goods Maintaining accurate inventory, stock control, and cycle counts Managing stock movements through ERP systems Ensuring warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety standards Supporting shipping and documentation requirements Working with dangerous goods and maintaining MSDS/Chemwatch systems Identifying and implementing practical continuous improvements

About You

You are a hands‑on operator first, with the ability to take ownership of your warehouse and improve how things are done.

You will bring: Current forklift licence with strong, recent operating experience Proven experience in a hands‑on warehouse role Comfortable working in the warehouse/on the floor for the majority of the day Experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or chemical environments (highly regarded) Strong understanding of warehouse safety, OHS, and Chain of Responsibility Valuable attention to detail and stock control experience Confidence using ERP or inventory systems A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership

Additional Requirements: Physically fit and able to perform manual and forklift‑based tasks Willingness to complete a police check and pre‑employment medical Based in Melbourne and available to start promptly
