Underground Production Engineer (Williamstown)

Position Details Date: 19 May Location: Granny Smith – Laverton, WA, AU Company: Gold Fields Group Services (Pty) Ltd Job Opportunity Ideal role for an experienced underground Production Engineer. 8/6 FIFO from Perth roster, Excellent Life of Mine 10 years plus! Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly production plans in line with operational targets.
- Ensure that stope designs and subsequent drill and blast plans maximise ore extraction and minimise dilution.
- Direct and lead all members of the technical and operational mining team and ensure goal unity through concise communication. Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven underground hard rock engineering experience, preferably gold, with exposure to all production phases including ventilation and experience in Drill and Blast, ideally Longhole Open Stoping and/or Inclined Room and Pillar methods.
- Exposure to Mining software Deswik CAD and UGDB would be highly regarded. Advantages
