Sales Quoting Coordinator (Casey City) (Williamstown)

Responsibilities
- Develop a strong working understanding of the Salesforce CRM system.
- Generate quotes and follow up with clients once received.
- Implement procedures to ensure the timely execution of specifications, quotes, and sales orders through Salesforce.
- Using Salesforce reports, ensure that all quotes and activities are followed up by the sales department.
- Liaise directly with clients for quote details and estimated timeframes for completion of works.
- Process, order & manage approved quotes.
- Conduct regular site audits and vehicle inspections. Qualifications
- Success in this role will rely on your approach to engaging a diverse range of people and a focus on quality service delivery in a highly competitive market.
- No prior Salesforce experience required; training will be provided.
- Experience within the building industry preferred; candidates with backgrounds in other service-based industries also encouraged.
