Description
Sales & Account Coordinator – Full Time Abbotsford, VIC | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) Helping companies create moments their teams actually remember AmazingCo creates and delivers real-world experiences across Australia and around the world – team‑building events, kids' entertainment, wine tours, mystery picnics, date nights. Our mission is to help people live more fulfilling lives, and the corporate side of our business is where that gets interesting: we work with EAs, HR teams, and people managers who are trying to do something genuinely good for their people, and they come to us because they trust we’ll get it right. This is a full time sales and account management role focused on our corporate portfolio. You’ll be the person clients talk to, trust, and come back to. What you’ll actually be doing Corporate clients come to us warm. They’ve found us because someone recommended us, they’ve booked before, or they’re actively searching for something better than a lunch voucher for their next team day. Your job is to understand what they’re actually trying to achieve, match them to the right experience, get the booking confirmed, and build the kind of relationship that means they call you again next quarter. Clients are across corporate team bonding, and corporate kids entertainment.
- Convert inbound enquiries from corporate clients into confirmed bookings
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts – this is relationship management as much as sales
- Understand client needs and recommend the right experience from our range (sometimes that means building something bespoke)
- Work closely with our delivery team to make sure events land the way clients expect
- Spot opportunities to re‑engage past clients and grow spend within existing accounts
- Proactively prospect and reach out to new corporate clients where the opportunity is clear This isn’t a cold‑calling numbers game. It’s a warm, consultative role where the quality of the relationship is the product. You don’t need a corporate sales CV – but you probably have the instinct We care about how you think and how you make people feel, not which industry you came from. If you’ve ever had to understand what someone really needs (not just what they asked for), match them to the right solution, and earn their trust enough that they come back – that transfers here. That might look like:
- Account management or client success in any industry – you understand the rhythm of a relationship, not just a transaction
- Events, weddings, or hospitality – you know how to manage multiple moving pieces while keeping clients calm and excited
- Travel consulting, venue sales, or tourism – you’ve sold experiences before and you know how to close
- EA, executive support, or operations – you’ve been on the buying side of corporate events and you understand what clients actually want from a supplier
- B2B sales in any sector where the product required consultation, not just a quote If the idea of building a book of clients who genuinely like working with you sounds more appealing than hitting a call volume target, you’ll fit in here. What we’re looking for
- A relationship builder who follows through – clients should feel like they have a person, not a team inbox
- Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and accounts simultaneously without things falling through the cracks
- Confident on the phone and in writing; able to read what a client needs and adapt accordingly
- Genuine enthusiasm for experiences, events, or hospitality – this is easier to sell when you actually believe in it
- Self‑motivated enough to manage your own pipeline without needing to be chased What success looks like
- Enquiries convert at a high rate because clients feel understood, not processed
- Your accounts come back. Repeat business grows because the relationship is worth maintaining.
- Events land well because your handovers to the delivery team are thorough
- You know the product well enough to sell confidently and occasionally push clients toward something better than what they thought they wanted Why AmazingCo
- A warm, high‑performing team – Melbourne HQ plus a connected global operation
- Hybrid working – 3 days in our Abbotsford office, 2 from home
- Dog‑friendly office, free street parking, easy public transport access
- Staff discounts across our full experience range
- A company that takes culture seriously
- Real progression for the right person – we hire and promote on potential We also have a part‑time version of this role for people looking for school‑hours flexibility – check out our separate listing if that’s a better fit. To apply Send your resume and a short note – tell us about a time you helped someone make a decision, earned their trust, or built a relationship that paid off over time. We want to understand how you think, not just what’s on your CV. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3rsl1l
