About The Role We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Eastland store. This is a fixed-term, part-time position at 34.75 hours per week, ending in June 2027. Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
- Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
- Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
- Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required Company Values
