- Set Direction: Define and drive a clear Business Development strategy aligned to mission, markets, and long-term growth.

- Steward Revenue & Risk: Optimise the portfolio to balance growth, sustainability, and organisational capacity.
- Strengthen Market Position: Enhance competitiveness and funding success through strong positioning, partnerships, and program quality.
