What You’ll Do Love for Manufacturing! Operate and monitor equipment using software systems and hands‑on checks. Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth operations. Safely run multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality production. Uphold quality and safety standards while providing detailed shift handovers.

What are we looking for? People with a genuine interest in working in Manufacturing! Reliability, a solid work ethic and a willingness to learn and be adaptable to change. Desire for wanting to add value and continuously upskill. Solid problem‑solving abilities. High attention to detail. Relatable prior working experience. Trade certification is an added bonus, but not essential.
