About This Role
Help keep prison finance services accurate and running on time.

- $79,753 per year, plus super.
What You Will Do
As a justice officer finance, you will support finance and administration services at Beechworth Correctional Centre.
You will work in a busy environment that values teamwork, accuracy and respect.
You Will
provide accurate finance services and maintain records that meet government requirements
process accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, data entry and reporting tasks
prepare invoices and complete finance work within required timeframes
review asset registers and check physical assets for ongoing compliance
provide professional administrative support and prepare routine reports and correspondence.
About You
You should have strong computer skills and experience using finance systems such as Oracle or similar programs. Experience in accounts payable is key, while asset register experience is desirable.
You Should Also Have
strong computer and finance administration skills
the ability to solve problems and complete work on time
a respectful and team-focused approach with people from diverse backgrounds
clear communication skills and the ability to provide helpful customer service.
