Overview Adaptable to suit candidate
- Part-time / Casual (Minimum 2 days per week), Ongoing Potential for additional hours Regular travel across Alpine Health Sites as required This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on keeping our facilities safe, functional and well presented. Key Responsibilities
- Routine, reactive and preventative maintenance across multiple sites
- Completing daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checks
- General maintenance and minor works, including basic grounds and facility upkeep
- Supporting contractors on site to ensure work is completed safely and to standard
- Maintaining accurate records using our MEX maintenance system
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues and risks Essential You will have:
- A trade qualification or relevant Certificate III (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in maintenance, facilities or a similar hands-on role
- A strong focus on safety, quality and a customer focus
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills
- A current driver’s licence Our Region
- Alpine Health comprises three multi-purpose health services across the stunning Alpine Region of Northeast Victoria.
- We are in the heart of Alpine country and boast skiing, scenic walking/hiking trails in our local area, including the majestic Mt. Hotham and Falls Creek.
- We are close to world class Gourmet Food and Wine Region, including King Valley, Rutherglen, Glenrowan and Milawa Gourmet regions.
- We are only 40-60 minutes from the regional centres of Wangaratta and Albury Wodonga. The successful applicant will benefit from
- Competitive remuneration, novated leasing and full salary packaging benefits Available. If you have relocated permanently you may also be able to substantially increase your take-home pay by salary packaging some or all of your relocation costs.
- 5 weeks annual leave
- Option to be able to swap any existing public holiday to another religious holiday or day of significance of your choice.
