Key Qualifications & Experience: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent). Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in supporting the development of young children.
