The Registered Psychiatric Nurse will be a valued member of the Wodonga ACMHS Continuing Care Team, delivering recovery-oriented, community-based mental health care. Working within a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive assessment, case management and evidence-informed interventions to support consumers with complex needs. - Registered with AHPRA and hold a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing or specialist post-basic course training.
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience.
- Knowledge of recovery models and trauma-informed practice. Additional Information Salary and terms will be in accordance with the relevant state EBA or Award.
