Are you passionate about working with children and starting a rewarding career in early childhood education? We have an exciting opportunity for a **full-time Child Care Trainee** to join our supportive team at **My Early Learning Centre** in Earlwood.

Incentives for Trainees

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and develop valuable skills in early childhood care and education. The successful applicant will complete their **Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care** through our nominated Registered Training Organisation.

**Requirements**:

- A qualified and friendly attitude
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Genuine interest in working with children
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-presented, quick to learn, and able to multitask
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Must meet **NSW traineeship eligibility requirements**:

- Must be available to work up to **38 hours per week (4-5 days, Mon-Fri)**: Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in planning and preparing engaging experiences for children
- Supporting children's daily routines and learning activities
- Assisting with physical care (including nappy changes)
- Supervising and caring for children
- Helping serve meals and snacks
- Maintaining a clean and safe learning environment
- Adhering to all relevant regulations, legislation, and standards
