Service Manager – Childcare Centre Earlwood Full-Time Position We are seeking a passionate, experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our warm and welcoming early learning centre in Earlwood. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is committed to providing high-quality care and education, building strong relationships with families, and supporting a positive team culture. About the Role As Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and fostering a nurturing environment for children, families and educators. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of educators
- Manage daily operations of the centre
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
- Maintain high standards of education and care
- Mentor and guide staff through ongoing support and career development
- Oversee enrolments, occupancy and administration tasks
- Create a positive and collaborative workplace culture Essential Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership or management role within early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
