Experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – EarlwoodAbout the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our boutique childcare centre located in Earlwood. This is a wonderful prospect for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care within a warm and supportive environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role and demonstrate strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging educational programs in line with the EYLF
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and educators
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Observe and document children’s learning and development
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team and fellow educators
- Maintain compliance with all centre policies, procedures, and regulations
- Support children’s emotional wellbeing and individual learning journeys Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar ECT role
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Sound understanding of EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
