- Conduct incident investigations in a timely manner and ensure that SecurityIncident Reports are completed and submitted.
- Demonstrate knowledge and competence in the implementation ofemergency procedures.
- Promote and encourage a team approach.
- Provide a customer service approach and maintain a fair, courteous andrespectful manner in dealing with clients and customers
- Provide a high-quality security service at client locations.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Provide protection to the public be ensuring COVID social distancing ismaintained.
- Provide security escorts as required.
- Report and record security breaches and incidents.
- Respond promptly to incidents.
- Take a problem-solving approach to conflict situations and recognise theneed to escalate situations to the manager/supervisor for attention asappropriate.QualificationSkills
