The Transformation Division plays a central role in supporting the University of Wollongong's Strategic Plan 2030 and broader sustainability objectives. As the University undertakes a significant program of transformation, the Division provides coordinated program support, change management expertise, process improvement capability and benefits realisation frameworks.
Its work strengthens organisational readiness, promotes consistent approaches and ensures that changes are embedded effectively across faculties and divisions. With a strong focus on developing well designed, future oriented and scalable processes, the Division contributes to reducing complexity, improving service delivery and supporting a more aligned and efficient operating model. About the Role The Transformation Support Officer provides essential coordination and administrative support to the Transformation Division, particularly the Operational Excellence program. The role helps keep transformation activities running smoothly by managing logistics, documentation and information flow across multiple workstreams. What You'll Be Doing You will organise meetings and workshops, maintain accurate records and trackers, support communication between teams and assist with preparing materials for governance and reporting. You will help coordinate activities across several concurrent projects and contribute to a positive and well managed stakeholder experience. What You'll Bring You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and experience providing administrative or coordination support in a busy environment. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, communicating clearly, maintaining accurate documentation and using digital tools and systems.
