GYG Fairy Meadow, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Over-Night Crew. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a rapid-paced, cooperative environment and are available for shifts from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests Prepare and craft authentic Mexican dishes, including burritos and other menu items Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant during overnight hours Restock fridges and perform basic food preparation tasks Handle cash and process payments accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during the night shift Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the overnight operations
