Experienced Receptionist - Northern Suburbs (Woonona)

Woonona Medical Practice is seeking a motivated Medical Receptionist to join their large team starting 6th July. The position would attract a dynamic individual with exceptional administration skills. We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, skilled, efficient service to our patients so to be successful in this position you will:
- have minimum three (2) years' experience as an office based receptionist
- possess excellent computer skills and be a quick learner
- have compassion and empathy
- have an interest in a career in health Most importantly you will need to:
- work well in a team environment
- be organised and reliable, with great rapport building and communication skills
- have great attention to detail and possess the ability to work in a high volume environment
- have proven customer service experience
- have the confidence to ask questions and make suggestions

- flexible full time hours Key tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- acting as first point of contact for patients
- booking and confirming patient appointments
- handling a large volume of telephone and internet enquiries
- invoicing and receipting of patient accounts
- end-of-day reconciliation
