You’ll: Take inbound enquiries Follow up warm leads Help customers book services Reconnect with past customers Keep conversations friendly, helpful and proactive

What You’ll Be Doing

Answer incoming calls with confidence and warmth Call warm leads (no cold lists) Book plumbing & electrical appointments Follow up quotes and previous enquiries Update bookings in our CRMSupport the scheduling team Work toward achievable weekly targets
