An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Level 4 Dietitian to join the ISLHD Nutrition & Dietetics Department as a Renal/Medical Clinical Lead Dietitian Level 4. $126,524 – $129,591 per annum + 12% super & salary packaging | Temporary full time until 14 March 2027 | Wollongong Hospital (TWH) | REQ666287 | Grade: Dietitian Level 4 | Applications close: Sunday 7 June 2026 Join us in shaping healthier futures. Together we can do more. This is a secondment relief backfill position until 14 March 2027. The Renal/Medical Clinical Lead Dietitian is a Level 4 Dietitian position based at Wollongong Hospital and provides leadership within Renal and Medical nutrition services across the ISLHD Nutrition & Dietetics Department. We are seeking a clinician with extensive recent experience in Clinical Dietetics in the inpatient setting who brings skills and experience in renal nutrition, chronic disease management and counselling. The role will work within the Wollongong Hospital team of Dietitians predominantly covering an inpatient renal/medical ward with support to the outpatient dialysis unit at Wollongong Hospital. The position will support other inpatient caseloads as part of the Wollongong Hospital team and other Dietitians working within Renal nutrition across ISLHD and may be required to work at these sites for support as required. The Clinical Lead Dietitian also contributes to the ISLHD Nutrition & Dietetics Leadership team to support the broader Nutrition & Dietetics Department including professional development, teaching and training of staff and students as well as research, quality improvement and service evaluation.
