Role Description This is a full time, on-site role located in the Wollongong area for a Customer Service Representative. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with orders, resolving issues, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring timely and efficient communication to meet customer needs. Qualifications

- Proficiency in Customer Service, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Experience enhancement and building client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site environment
- Previous experience in retail or apparel industries is a plus
