Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
Customer Service: Assist with inquiries on vehicle purchases, registrations, and service appointments.
Document Handling: Maintain accurate records of registrations, invoices, and customer details.
Coordination: Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role (automotive background a plus).
Knowledge of car registration processes and documentation (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem‐solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
