The Student Services Division plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, student-centred services across all UOW campuses. The division is focused on enhancing the student experience through innovation, collaboration and operational excellence.
**About the Opportunity**
The Manager, Service Delivery leads frontline enquiry and service functions across UOW’s campuses and digital service channels. This key leadership position ensures that students receive consistent, high-quality support while overseeing the safe and productive operation of the main campus Library building.
You will manage and develop multiple teams, champion a student-centred service culture, and collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
**About You**
You are an experienced and proactive leader with a commitment to delivering excellent service outcomes. You bring strong operational management skills, sound judgement, and the ability to inspire and support high-performing teams.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven leadership in complex, high-volume service environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in workforce planning and service improvement.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in student services or related fields.
