Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in the Wollongong area for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with orders, resolving issues, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring timely and effective communication to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction

Experience in Customer Experience enhancement and building client relationships

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently

Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site workplace

Previous experience in retail or apparel industries is a plus

Familiarity with CRM tools or customer service software is an advantage
