Permanent Full time (40 Hours):
Location: Wollongong, NSW
We are looking for a Full Time Store Manager in the Wollongong regionto lead and develop your frontline team, through clear direction, customer focus and operating standards to drive store performance through sales, profit and growth.
You will drive customer engagement across the team to uphold outstanding service and presentation that ensures EG Australia is the number one destination for Fuel and Convenience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Drive store performance to achieve targets, while controlling costs and losses
Contribute to all aspects of the store including serving customers and stacking shelves
Manage and oversee the training and development of your team
Order and maintain stock availability
Ensure the health and safety of all Team Members and customers are met
Manage the financial performance of the store
