What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go‑to person on site, making sure everything runs smoothly day‑to‑day.

Lead and organise daily cleaning operations

Support and motivate your team to deliver high standards

Train staff and lift performance where needed

Manage stock, equipment, and site efficiency

Build a strong working relationship with the client

Handle day‑to‑day issues and keep things on track

Complete reporting and basic admin

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years minimum in cleaning supervision or similar

Someone hands‑on who leads from the front

Strong people skills, you know how to get the best out of a team

Good understanding of cleaning operations and safety

Basic computer skills
