About the Role

The successful candidate must be available to work adaptable schedule throughout the week, including weekends. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the needs of the business. A valid driver's licence is required. Penalty rates apply on weekends.

Key responsibilities include: Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers. Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers. Use strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance. Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards. Process stock: receive, dispatch & store. Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative Repco team member, and contribute to a positive team culture. Perform lifting, bending & climbing as required.
