Your Role An experienced Store Manager is needed at our Vinnies store in Wollongong Crown Street, one who can implement great strategies to effectively drive team and sales performance. Use your knowledge and experience on effective ways to generate customers' interest on the best on offer in store. Building positive connections with the community is a vital aspect of this role as sales generated provide funds for our services. Responsibilities Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store Championing the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community Role‐modeling a safety‐first culture in store Using the company's mission and values to support decision making, acting as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store Qualifications Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high‐volume retail Strong leadership skills with good fashion sense Strong focus on customer experience Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training and coaching Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive the team towards meeting sales targets Benefits Supportive team – join a welcoming, values‐driven team with a strong sense of community.
