People and Culture Officer
- Grand Pacific Health

- Full-time position, 12 month parental leave contract
- Partner closely with leaders and managers to support a high-performance culture
- Wollongong office based, 2500 The People & Culture Officer is a key member of the People & Culture team, providing high-quality, professional advice and operational support across the full employee lifecycle. The role partners closely with leaders and managers to deliver practical, contemporary people solutions that support organisational strategy, workforce capability and a positive, high-performance culture. This role is based in their Wollongong Office predominantly, with an option to work out of Oran Park occasionally.
