- $84,659
- $92,701 pa plus superannuation & annual leave loading Role As the Project Support Officer working within Homes NSW, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects that improve housing outcomes across NSW. We have an opportunity for two Project Support Officers to join our Business Services team. This role involves delivering a variety of administrative and support services, including financial and human resource functions, and providing support to staff within different business units. The main objective of this role is to offer high-quality administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the business. What You’ll Do
- Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team/unit, including activities that support project delivery and assist in managing several shared mailboxes.
- Provide administrative and operational support to staff across multiple business units, including meeting coordination, travel and accommodation bookings.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes to support business objectives.
- Manage financial processes, including raising purchase orders, paying invoices and statement reconciliation.
- Address and resolve complex enquiries and issues to ensure accurate information is provided and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, ensuring compliance with administrative systems, processes, and policies for accurate and accessible information.
- Develop, implement, and monitor office systems, procedures and methods, adapting processes and techniques as needed to ensure team/unit operations in line with agency standards, policies and procedures.
- Deliver high-quality administrative services, manage competing demands and priorities, address unforeseen issues, handle a high volume of work, and work independently.
- Monitor the performance of administration and project services in terms of meeting the Unit’s needs, identifying areas for improvement, making recommendations and coordinating approved actions to increase the efficiency of administration and project processes.
- Manage and resolve complex enquiries in a high-volume environment, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate information is provided and matters are resolved in a timely manner. What We’re Looking For
- Current NSW Driver Licence
- Experience providing high-quality administrative, executive or project support in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build positive working relationships and provide professional customer service to a range of stakeholders
