ICT Support and Test Engineers (Berrinba)

Our client, GPI (General) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated full time ICT Support and Test Engineer. Responsibility:
· Responsible for developing and implementing support procedures and strategies, ensuring adherence to technical quality assurance standards, and managing critical systems infrastructure Duties:
· Develop and implement support procedures and strategies.
· Manage technical quality assurance processes and guidelines.
· Investigate and analyse system problems and performance issues.
· Resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting support.
· Conduct testing to evaluate system behaviour and functionality.
· Document test results and create defect reports.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues.
· Maintain systems infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.
· Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
· Provide technical guidance and support to other team members Qualification:
· AQF Bachelor or Higher
