Customer Service Representative (Berrinba)

**About the role**: We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Officer who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support and loves to be part of an energetic, tight-knit team.

This role is based in our **Berrinba** office with free in office parking. A full-time role from 8am
- 4.06pm Monday
- Friday.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- The first point of contact for all customer enquiries
- Processing of customer orders
- Work with internal departments to resolve customer order related issues
- Liaise with suppliers to meet deadlines
- Processing warranty claims
- Provide assistance with any ad-hoc administrative and customer service duties
