Service Delivery Lead (Karawatha)

Team Global Express is seeking a Service Delivery Lead
- Delivery Partners to support the effective execution of service delivery, performance, and governance initiatives across our Delivery Partner network.

This role plays a key operational and analytical function, ensuring assets, consumables, partner entitlements, and performance data are accurately managed, compliant, and aligned to service standards. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll help keep service delivery running smoothly while identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and partner outcomes.

**What you’ll do**
- Support delivery partner service frameworks, entitlements, and operational initiatives
- Oversee asset, consumable, and resource allocation accuracy and lifecycle management
- Conduct audits and reporting on utilisation, compliance, and performance metrics
- Maintain data integrity across delivery partner systems and databases
- Analyse performance data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to system, process, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with internal teams and delivery partners to resolve issues and support service outcomes

**What you’ll bring**
- Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with data, reporting, and operational metrics
- Confidence engaging with multiple stakeholders and influencing outcomes
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Transport or logistics industry experience (highly desirable)
- Advanced Excel and strong system capability
